Looking for partners who can invest in a new dairy venture
we have a constructed dairy animal shed and 3.5 acers of land growing fodder near madanapalli, we can take an additional land on lease as required
project details
Investment required:
20 high yielding HF cows 13 lakhs
land and shed rent advance 1 lakh
repairs and miscellaneous 1 lakh
Milking machine, UPS and chaff cutter 1 Lakh
total investment required 16 lakhs
Revenue:
Average production 300 liters a day, 300 * 30 days = 9000 liters a month
rate per liter Rs. 22/- total revenue from milk per month = 9000*22= 198000
Revenue from manure:
5 tractor loads per month @ 1000 per load = 5000
Total revenue per month = 203000/-
Expenses:
Growing fodder: 2000 per month for fertilizers
feed concentrate (Grain Feed):
2.5 kg per cow for maintenance + 1 kg for every 3 liters of milk produced = 50 kg + 100 kg = 150 kg a day per month 4500 kgs
4500 kgs @ Rs. 12/- = 54000/-
Medical, electricity and other consumables per month 10000/-
labor 4 labor @ Rs. 5000/- = 20000/-
Lease amount to be paid 10000/- per month
Total cost: 2000 + 54000 +10000 + 20000 + 10000 = 96000/-
Net profit = 1,07,000/-
Female calves are additional profit which we will realize after 2 years of calving.
the milk prices will keep increasing and we can also sell the milk directly to make more profits.
we will setup and maintain the dairy farm and we will share the profits made
