Interested in starting Vertical Farming on Bangalore -Hyderabad Highway

Hello friends, I have about 60 acres of agricultural land.I am currently doing traditional agriculture.I want to implement Vertical Farming.My land is on the Bangalore -Hyderabad Highway closer to Hyderabad(100Kms). I would like to know if any one has implemented vertical farming in South India or can help me by providing proper consultation.Has anyone of you worked on this concept and can give your valuable suggestions on investment costs, returns, pros and cons.
