information about trees with 5 to 6 year growth

Dear All

Can you please guide me which all type of tree, one can grow in a span of 5 to 7 years. 1 is megafolia but can it be grown in india? What are the envionrmental requirements for growing it and what all other tree option is available for growing it in Utranchal. In advance thanks to all.
