Dose anybody know where i can a chopping machine for chopping coconut leaves and othet smaller twins and leaves for mulching. I am based out of bangalore and am looking for a not too expencive machine.

if you are a farmer, the govt. provides 40% subsidy the cost of 2 hp chauf cutter will come to around 40k
