Dear Dairy experts,
Almost after 4th day of calving, milk color turns from yellowish to white. How could we find out the present draining milk is Colostrums or Normal? Because, some cow gives till 8, 9 days as colostrums milk. Some cow turns 4th day to normal milk. Even after 5th day the colostrums & normal milk shows same white color. But if, we mixed together (normal + colostrums), the whole milk has been spoiled? What is the solution to avoid such a spoil? Right now I am identifying by heating (100ml) the milk
How could we differentiate apart from heating? Please guide me
Thanks in advance
