Required Ideas for small investments

Hi,
We have 1 acre land with pumpset in my village (in Virudhunagar District, Tamilnadu), So i need some ideas to use that land for any small investments. Please suggest any business ideas in which my father (age 73) can manage with less effort. Or any companies which can take that land for lease and use them.
