How to start Cow & Goat Farm

I have planned to start COW FARM & GOAT FARM. I have own land up to 2.5 acres at one place.

What are the requirements to start the farm, do we need to register and get approval to start the farms?

what kind of cows and goats can we start at the beginning time. How much it will take amount to start. What kind of shed is better for the farms. What size is required.

Can you send me the sample shed and food preparation for the cow's and goats.

I wanted fully naturally to do all those things like food / feeds.

Please suggest me, how can i start and implement.

First step is you have to grow 3 varieties of grass in 3 acers for 10 cow's or buffalo's.
