How to Prepare Home made Cattle/goat concentarte mix

Anyone knows how to prepare cattle concentrate feed with Price list in Tamil nadu. I just want the ratio of grains and minerals need to add.I believe Home made cattle/goat will reduce some cost rather than purchase it from company.
