How to identify natural strain of mushrooms from genetically modified ones

Is there any method to identify natural white oyster mushroom strain from that of genetically modified/hybridized/mutation induced varieties ?

I'm interested in cultivation of white oyster mushroom that is not genetically modified in labs..

Is there any place where can I get the spores/spawn of the natural occurring variety..?

generally oyester mushroom are not modified. where are u located if in bangalore u can visit the Biocentre Hulimavu, Bangalore-76 as they give u complete guidance on mushroom farming.
