Dear All, We(around 20 people) planning to purchase farm land near Bangalore. We have identified the same and now would like to allot to everybody wrt their share and get it registered separately and directly. Now would like to have common areas like roads, common essay writer farm house, borewells to be shared among all the members. This we are planning to register under association name. Can somebody help/ give pointers on this how this needs to be done? What would be guidelines in forming this association... Please guide. Thanks,
