how to dry turmeric and ginger finger

can any one help me what would be the best way to dehydrate fingers of ginger and turmeric. Though we have 24 trays electric oven drier it is not cost effective. and solar drying tent too is not very feasible as rain comes in often please help us what would be the next best solution for 1500-3000kgs per day frash to be dried.

Please write to the spice board or contact them, they have new techniques of drying ginger and turmeric.

there is a machnary for drying and boiling fingers at 4.5 lakh. it dries 12 quintal at a time.....
