How to do cultivation of Ginger & Garlic?

Hi,

I have 1 acre Land, Would like to know what is the best way to utilizing by cultivating Ginger & Garlic? Land depends only Rain water. Please have your thought on this.

Dear Sir

where is the plave u are going to culyivate. Garlic needs a cool dry open sunlight cultivation whereas ginger can be grown sa an intercrop in coconut, arecanut, oilpalm plantations.
