Go to water development society and take the V notch make small mud pound and kept the V-Notch at any of corner then on the pump the water will stay in the pound and then it will flow through the notch keep the scale at it V point and measure the height of water in inches that is the flow capacity of your well.

As Azhar replied, it is the scientific way of measuring the yield. The other method is to run the motor for at least 1-2 hours continuously and as the flow is stabilized, measure the yield by using the barrel (200L is usually used) and the time taken to get the container filled. This gives the yield of the bore well and can be applied for irrigation planning. The results may vary depending voltage and season (usually low during summer due to lower recharging...).
