Help required for a parijat plant

I had purchase a parijat plant from the nursery. Seeing one of the videos of pesticides, i sprayed a home made pesticide in this plant. This pesticide was made of soap, oil and baking soda. Immediately after the spray,this plant is on the verge of death... Can i revive it.? Please help
