I just wonder how you are providing "online training" for cow rearing/dairy!!! To know the cow, first you have to be near it, touch it, then smell cow dung and cow urine. Nothing of this can be done online!! Or I don't know whether there is an any "app" to do that!! I also don't know whether you can do real time milking, moving cow dung, collecting urine etc by "online" applications or by 3 D animation etc. Being a farmer and not a techie, just ignorant about it. To know the farm, you should go barefoot on the land. "Best fertilizer for any farm is the farmer's foot steps"-Confucius.
