Regarding this matter , what I can suggest and advice, is use for each tree this :
Add 30 ml of pure neem oil obtained from cold process, to 1/2 - 1 Lt of water. Mix well. Add 1 ml of teepol (liquid detergent) and spray immediately for plant protection. Do not store the mixture; make fresh formulation for each spray.
In Mozambique we did that to control Cashew mildew, with almost 100% success in all tree treated
