Group buying of lands in Hyderabad

I am investing about 20laks, looking for people who are willing to join me so that we can buy bulk land 50-60kms from hyderabad.

I am looking for pure cultivation and lands should have proper approach and easy to sell when in need, not like too much interior etc.,
