The granite quarry is situated at survey no. 227, Veeeranapura, Harave Hobli, Chamarajanagar-Gundlupet road, 10 kms away from Chamarajanagar.
The colour is jet black, export quality.
Total area is 7 and a half acre both sides covered by road for easy transportation. Out of 7 1/2 acres, 4 acres were developed to the depth of 30 ft in the rear side and various sizes including gangsaw size have been exported so far.
We are quoting 38 lakhs per acre which is negotiable. The land is patta, file is opened, licence is obtained.
