govt. rules and regulations for dairy farming in rajasthan

Dear All,

By profession i m working as a engineer, but as well as would like to start a Dairy Farm near to Jaipur, with one of my relative.
can anyone please guide me, and also tel me the Dairy farming rules in Rajasthan, and what are the different norms, what is the area should be provided to a single cattle.
also please tel me regarding the load facility, and which banks can provide me loan. weather i can also get load on land or only for cattle.

You can get loans from any nationalised banks or rural division or co-operative banks with a project report. For further details about the state rules, please contact the dairy department in jaipur.
