Government schemes for Dairy Farming in Maharashtra

Hello,
I want to set up Dairy Farm in Maharashtra under goverment schemes . I need person who can co ordinate all things for setting up plant.
Also suggest good breeds that can yield more milk & Supplier for same .

If you are looking for exoyic breeds you can choose jersey and HF. The local breed available there is Khillari.
