Goat feed requirement

I am starting goat farming business shed work is under progress,
I have few question for feed stall goat.

1. I am planning to grow grass on 2 Acres of land 2 months before buying goat, for how many goats i can feed by this 2 acre grass.
only grass is enough or i have to give other types of feed also to goat.

2. For total 150+6 goats how much it would cost in total stall feed,

3. with 150 goats what by products i can make, for extra income.

4 more important which breed should i buy, my farm will be situated near vikarabad Hyderabad A.P

Goat Farming

Dear fbar171,
1.With 2 acres of land you can feed 40 goats and their kids.
Only grass is not enough,you have to provide them balanced nutritional diet to obtain optimum results from them.
2.Goat farm expenditures depends on type of breed and infrastructures that you have and that you won't.
3.with 150 goats you can make only manure as by product.With 500 goats you can make goat butter,goat cheese from goats milk for extra income purpose.
4.The best breed suitable for vikarabad is osmanabadi only.It has high resistant power against diseases,high yielding capacity of kids and milk,higher palatability(taste) of meat,ready to sell market for goats and many more advantages as compare to other goat breeds.It's called as true goat breed of farmers.
