Dear Sir/Madam,
We are farmer located in utter Pradesh. For our crops we have found some buyers in south India.We don't have any company registration or license.
Please help help us to take precautions at the time of dealing with them.
1. How to proceed for selling price finalization?
2. How to do fund transaction with buyers as they are unknown to us and location is also far away?
3. Which process of financial transaction is good as a farmer?
4. Which logistic mode we should prefer?
5. Please guide us Is there any legal obligation if farmer wants to ship their output out side their native state.
