obtain IEC code-Import and export code to export , have some buyer to buys your product and then contact PQS- plant quarantine station they are located in Bangalore international airport, chennai airport and sea port, etc from there you should get phytosanitary clearance saying your product is free from pest and disease.
in some of the state farmer gorwers association are there like Grape grower association, bijapur and pomograinate association bijapur and maharastra also having several association on citrus, grape etc you can send with out all these documents in the name of associaton. pleas visit APEDA website which will also give certificate from which with out IEC code you can export agriculture produce.
