yes it is very much possible, few months back we have prepared vision document on agribusiness for 2030 for punjab govt. there one of the thing that has been introduced is fodder revolution, someone who do fodder cultivation could reap good profits. It depends upon location also. You need to devote some land exclusively for fodder cultivation, another thing is you can store fodder as silage also.
