Floriculture in Dehradun Area

Hello,

I own 2.5 bigahs (2420 sq yrd) of area around dehradun and want to start with floriculture.

Kindly help me by guiding if this area of land would be sufficient for starting the project.
Also, I am also looking for people who can help with establishing the project.
