Flies Control on Dairy Farm

How to control the flies in the dairy barn and on the dairy cattle.
Please let me have your valuable solutions

For dairy farm you can wash or spray the farm with phenyl liquid.
For cows, you should spray some insecticide like deltamethrin, cypermethrin which is available if vet shops for controlling flies and ticks etc.
