i am from tamilnadu i want to start a milk farming in tamilnadu iam 24 age i want to achive in agriculture and i want to do some thing for our country .i am basically from tamilnadu.i required 10 lacs against cheque could some one help me.

It would be almost impossible for you to get 10 lacs to start an Agri related business giving cheque leaves as security alone. You would need to give additional security for the loan that you are trying to secure.
