Fertilizer for Coconut Tree

I am cultivating Coconut trees in Kombai Village, the trees are affecting from any decease, after flower comes, its not going to become coconut. Before that many fruits fells down and some coconuts are small size. Kindly let me know what is the reason, how do i get it coconut bunch and which fertilizer should i use. Please Provide me knowledge on this.
