* Minimum 8 years of experience in managing orchard near bangalore
* Background in horticulutre, degree preferred
* Take ownership of all acitivities in farm
* Be able manage labor on the farm and also forecast and arrange more labor independently on the farm if needed
* Must have high integrity and highest ethical standards
If the person is able to deliver, performance based bonus will be provided in addition to salary.
