Good irrigational lands available for sale with/with out farm house.with clear documents in chittoor district.iam suggesting investing in farm lands because that income is tax free, potential to earn 1/4 of investment in each year by harvesting crops& diary it will double in 4 years.by the way iam telling that with in 10 years no pucca lands available in chittøor dist.

Ya sure nris can purchase

Sir non resident indian( nri) are persons from indian orgin they can acquire land from inheritance,gift,buying,he can sale the immovable properties.sir plz indentify the difference between nris & foriegn citizen. Foriegn citizen come under rbi s Fera act he only requires permission from rbi s to purchase/sale property .sir still u have doubt call me naveen ca-ipcc student
