we are looking for Agricultural Land and Marginal ( Uncultivated ) land 5 Acre to 20 Acres with in and around Andhrapradesh(prefer in and around Kadapa dist) if you have land with clean and good document and legally approved for loan and other Govt formalities...Please send a reply by mail and give the brief details about your properties
1) What is the price per Acre and Gross amount per Acre? ( Including all paper, stamp duty, etc )
2) How far Kilometers from Main road or other access road to this land and land mark also...
3) Which purpose is this land suitable like as ( Cultivation,Farms,Salt bund..etc) and which type of soil and water table also..
4) If you do not mind please tell me Is this land have good and clear document and legally approved for loan and other Got formalities..]
