I am looking to lease few acres of farm land to do integrated farming nearby to Hyderabad. I require information on:
1. Approx annual lease amount per acre of land (which includes bore, staff quarters etc) if it is within 30 kms from ORR
2. How to ensure we will not be asked to leave once our setup is done and certain investment is made on the land
3. What other thing we should keep in mind while finalizing the lease deal
Any information on the above would be extremely helpful.
If anyone is willing to lease out 2-5 acres of land for 10 years (extendable) is more than welcome to contact me.
