hi all
i want a farm labour couple to maintain my 4 acre farm
details as below
farm is located in Hassan district of Karnataka around 16 km from Hassan
work details
dairy work
there are 6 cows now and planning to increase later
there are 2 heifers
should be able to maintain all dairy related activities from milking (hand milking) to feeding and cleaning
growing of fodder
general farm duties
there are 260 coconut plants and some 50 fruit plants
De-weeding (once in fortnight)
manure application (once a month)
watering (twice a week)
setting sprinklers for crops as and on when needed
salary will be 8000/couple/month
facilities provided
house,TV with DTH,schooling for kids(nearby govt school)
half litre milk/day
vegetables can be grown
future prospects
any additional cows above 6 milking cows will be getting 500/cow
after 8 cows milking machine will be installed
i have personally done all the above work alone
considering efficiency level of 50% (half efficient as me) the above work can be done
if they do all the mentioned work with dedication their salary will be increased to 10000 within 3 months
additional to this they will be getting 1500 bonus for ugadi, ganesha festival and deepawali alnong with new clothes for the family
minor illness will be taken care off(fever,cough,cold small injuries).insurance cover will be given after 3 months
they will be getting 3 off a month on .they can take these as per their wish
any additional work apart from the mentioned above -extra money will be given according to prevailing rates
my land is filled with small stones i will pay for that too if they remove periodically(like 5rs/ measure) whenever they are free
more hard work more money
