1.5 acres farm house plot with a permission to build 2500 squ ft of farm house for 50 lakhs in midc floriculture park, talegaon pune. ownership will be joint with myself. I have a 1.5 acre functional green house project on the remaining land and I wish to continue to use it. Lease is with MIDC .

220 views and no enquiry, why would that happen, I am the owner but just curious, I thought the prise andthe deal were a steal , especially considering the potential for the said land which is why I do not wish to get out of it completely.
