Hi All,
I would be starting a dairy farm in the Northern part of Bihar. All the factors have counted and getting arranged. However, I am Facing a tough challenge in getting manpower to look after my Small dairy( 10 cows to start with). Most of labor's from my area migrates to western part of India ( mostly Delhi,Punjab etc).
So, getting them back for dairy would be real costly and may not be agreeable to them. Locally available labor's commitment are very shaky. If they work how long they will be with you is a Question.
So, requesting you guys to share your experience as to how have you overcome this issue. and any good tip/suggestion.Since I feel in our dairy business we will have to always deal with this kind of local labor issue all the time and all the places.
Thanks in advance,
Any practical suggestion would be highly appreciated.
