And how do i get exporters licence for mango?

Sir

You can contact APEDA.COM agriculture & Food products export development authority Govt. Of India they give the information about the export details. I feel for few years if you export through middle man your payemnt is guranteed otherwise it is very risky. Big demand for mango in europe market. I am from Mysore and I have maize oil production plant in Dharward. Please give your contanct details we can discuss in person when I visit dharwad.

DEar sir,

for exporting u have to obtain certain documents.
1.Demand for mango.
2.Phytosanitary certificate.
3.Permission from APEDA.
If u want do it directly means u should get demand from relaiable man for rest two things u will get agents but these agents will also act as middle man in getting demand so visit some agents and decide also visit APEDA and Horticulture dept for phytosanitary certificate.

dear Anand,
Before exporting you need the buyer first get the buyers & decide the country where you want to export he mangoes.
Acoordingly the treatmenst on the mangoes get change as per th emarket access.e.g. to export the mangoes to USA radiation treatment which is in Nasik, Lasalgaon is required, if you want to export to Japan VHT ( Vapour Heat Treatment is madatory )& if for rest of the world as per the requiremnts you can ask to your buyer for the details of hgis requirement & you can start your workings.

Also for exporting mangoes one year planning is required before approaching , also pre harvest practices is the most important to get the size, colour & the shelf life improvement sparys on the mango tree there are lot of things & you will know by dioing the workings wioth a local exporter.
