Eucalyptus plantation

I have eucalyptus plantation on my land. Its planted on 10 acres. I want to utilize maximum value from the trees. Please tell me the best usage in the industry.
Its in shahdol (MP).

What is the age,spacing, water resource? rainfall?
soil details? your clues about maximum utilization?
How long you want to keep trees without cutting them?
