Hello sir,
1. there are cows of breed HF and jersy gives around 25-50 ltr/day in that case 25 to 50 cows of same breed you willl have to maintain and each these breed cost around Rs.50 to one lakh yielding if you buy young ones will cost less.
2. animal husbandry department provide up to 50% subsidy please visit your state department.
3.for milk there is a grate demand and byproducts also,- you can establish a dairy of your own or you can just produce milk and supply to any dairy.
4. it depends on your investment - to establish infrastructure you need one year better you can establish small unit then learn the business and then increase your capacity.
