WEST BENGAL[DARJEELING HILLS ONLY]
SIKKIM
MEGHALAYA
we fund cost of cultivation of small cardamom in following states
KARNATAKA
KERALA
TAMILNADU
funding shall be done only through NGO[owned by SHG]
NGO should be owned by farmers group or farmers self help group
no repayment of principal
no interest burden
no obligations
funding shall not be done directly to individual farmer
funding shall not be done directly to famers group
