Cream and Buttermilk

Hi

How much cream and curd we can get from 1 liter of 3.5% fat and 30 lactometer reading cows milk?

Is there any calculation? Also please let me know how much percent solid and water content milk has.

Also, does anyone have idea of cost of 1 kg cream in open market?

I am also looking for same inforamtion, additional to that How much Milk( 3.5% fat and 27 Lacotometer) required to make 1 Kg of butter.
