There are several economic, social and environmental advantages from using cow dung logs.
1. Cow Dung Logs can be use for Fuel and Manure.
2. Simplifies Handling, Storage and Transportation problem economically.
3. Reduces wastage or loss of material.
4. For Fuel other agro residue powder coal can be added to get improved C.V.
5. Densified logs give better C.V. (Calorific Value) in comparing to patties.
6. Long and small logs can be cut out as per purpose.
7. Briquettes and blocks is effective way to reduces risk of explosion and fire of fast flammable material.
8. It is easily available, unlimited and low cost fuel
9. Patties are made mixing mud + dung, so ash content is more in patties than logs as these can be made of pure dung.
