Collective Farming is the concept introduced to those people who are interested in Agriculture Industry, but working for a company and are unable to give much time for their Farm.
Here what we do is, we will gather few people who are interested in small farms ( like 1 or 2 acres ), and we will provide all the basic
amenities what is required in Agriculture Land.
Now I am sure that you started to think, what amenities we will give you in this small land. Hear we go --»
1. Your land will have water facility.
2. Your land will come with basic Plantations ( Mango, Sapota, Coconut, Silver Oke, Teak, Few Flower Plants etc ), which will be planted in your own land, not in between the Boundary.
3.You will have a stay facility as well, when ever you would like to use it, just need to ring us, as the stay facility will in general with few rooms.
4. The most important is your land will have Security 24/7.
5. Guess what you need not to run around to find Labor, we will have couple of labor Family who will take care of your Daily Farm Activities ( like watering the plants, and crop, cleaning the land, etc ).
6. Most important is the labor who will be taking care will be shared one, where you need to pay only the part of your payment to him. And this activity will be managed by our company.
7. Maintenance Charges will be rs3000/month/acre ( includes Labor charges & Room maintenance )
8. You will have parking, drinking water, power supply, relaxing area, bathing area in the land.

What's new in here is no need to pay any advance amount to book your land. Based on you EOI mail we will book one acre of land. If in any case if you don't like the location or any other things make you not to process with the land we will cancel your booking. THIS SHOULD HAPPEN BEFORE THE LAND AGREEMENT. Once the agreement is done the payments will not be refunded back to you.

7. Remaining payment should be done at the time of registration.
8. Three months duration will be given to get the land registered in
