I recently saw land in velidanda along srisailam highway. The price being quoted is 1.5 lakhs per acre as expected for this price this land had no electricity. The land owner told me that this was 40 acres bit and he was planning to sell land per acre but if I can get some people joining me to buy a big piece of land. He was suggesting to go with malabar neem as per resarch on internet I have to come to know as crop which requires not much maintenance and has good prospects owing to demand in the furniture industry.
I plan to take 2 acres of land. If anyone can join with me so that we can take a sizable chunk of land and cost of adding electiricity,drip irrigation/sprinkler irrigation ,adding a borewell and maintenance cost and all work out well for all of us.
I am also open for suggestions.
P.S: I have not verified the legality of the land. I plan to do it after I join hands with some people.
