Hello Everybody,
There is a 19 acre land with 900 yeilding coconut trees aged about 7/8 yrs & about 300 Teak trees which are about 9 to 12 months old. There are 3 wells with free power connection plus One Bore well with free power connection. There are two more wells without power connection & there is very less water in these two as they are not deep enough. The land is adjacent to vehicle plying tar road.
The land is about 11.5 kms from Harur, 50 kms from Salem, 167 kms from B'lore. From Harur, there is excellent bus plying State Highway upto 7.5 kms from there, the road turns from the State Highway and its Panchayat tar road. From this point to the land, for about 1.5 kms the road is damaged but yet useable and even cars can ply easily. Otherwise upto the land point the tar road is good. Due to very poor managaement the land looks like an orphan Uncared For. The owner demands 2.5 lakhs an acre, as he is in urgent need of funds towards higher education of his kids.
