As per Land Ceiling Act, individuals can't own land more than certain limit.
Can you please clarify on land ceiling limits for companies involved in plantation and other kind agriculture activities.
Each and every state has got its own land ceiling limit, that too it is classified for wet land and dry land seperately. There fore you have to refer to each and every state classification for this purpose.
