While many farmers have stopped cultivating due to shortage of labour, how come members here are able to successfully run their farm?
Looking at the "Farms land" thread , I'm seeing people who are interested in purchasing lands in places that are new to them . How do they manage the labour?
Do they have their own force? Or confident enough to recruit locally providing good wages?
