I have a lease hold plot of 3 acres in MIDC floriculture park talegaon with a 2acre polyhouse working farm on site. I grow colour capsicum and cut flower chrysanthemums. Would you be interested in viewing the land. The lease is on for 25 years and renewable for another 30 years there after. I also have permission for building upto 4000 squ ft of farm house on the land. The approach road is tar road and industrial grade with lighting as well. There is 24 hrs light and water. I am expecting abouit 75 L / acre as it is possible to generate income of 10-12 L per acre every year and a profit of about 10-12L .
