Question Borewell waters down after 10 minutes

We dug borewell of 155 feets 100 feet casing and water at 75 feets . Now after 10 days we installed 1 HP pump but it gives 9 minutes water with speed then stops and very low water comes like drops then after couples of minutes it again come with High speed the water then again stops and these continues. What is the problem as the contractor told while digging we got 1 inch water then why it not gives continue water supply..

Water availability in the water table is receding and some times dried up completely due to lack of recharge from rain fall . Now a days due continuous pumping of water in water scarcity areas , water table going into deeper layers. We have to sink another bore well if the existing one fails to yield water .

At 155 feet may not be a right source, should have gone further deeper,

Now as the 1 month over after installation of pump still same 10 minutes water comes fast then after 10 minutes it slowly comes with 1 minutes after fast then slow then fast with bubbles comes in pipe .

Water table will improve during rainy season after recharging
