Waste plant and animal oil mainly contains frying oil, swill oil, waste oil, cattle and sheep oil, complex components and contacting mechanical impurities oil etc. General biodiesel production using the first two –step acid base catalysis catalysis, pretreatment of raw material first and then get the fatty acids and neutral oil by distillation, using acid, alkali catalysis to produce biodiesel.

Swill oil degumming → filter → → → drying → ester transesterification separation → → → separation desolventizing → washing → drying → biodiesel
