I am planning to setup Banana ripening plant in vasai mumbai, i am having place of 1000 carpet and 400sq ft usable area..

is it profitable business?
in my place how many tones capacity chamber can be install?
what will be the outcome?
will we have to pay any taxes? income tax?
subsidy possible?
please provide me the details of the same..suppliers and consultants welcome
